The PHP overlay has been updated once more. Lots of small bug fixes and additional PECL packages from CHTEKK and wendall911, and the beginnings of PDO support for PHP-5.1. The peruser MPM should be supported correctly now, Hollow 
I’ve also changed the dev-lang/php packages to use separate php.ini files for each of the SAPIs once more, by popular request
I haven’t had time tonight to compile and test the latest changes. If you run into problems, pop into #gentoo-apache on IRC, where one of us will hopefully be around and able to sort it out.
As always, a big thank you to CHTEKK and wendall911 for their work on the overlay!
Fingers crossed, I’m aiming to get the overlay into Portage early next week.
