		<description>Uh - php.net builds TWO versions of PHP for windows - one with thread safety on (normal) and one with thread safety off (it&#039;s labeled as NTS)

If you need the pdo dll for zend&#039;s version, just grab the NTS version from PHP.net ;)</description>
