I used to be cheerful and healthy , now im 53 years old feeling very tired, falling down easily and many other problems,i work too much as a teacher in sao paolo Brazil and your videos certainly will make me stronger anda happier

Thank you for putting this on the web. My husband and I both love the idea of Tai Chi, but we felt we were to old/unfit to bother looking for a class. Now, we both think this is do-able for us!
It is shame we can’t get to your classes, but thank you for the confidence to try.
