Tai Chi Form on You Tube

Posted by Stuart Herbert on March 23rd, 2009 in Classes, Video.

If you’d like to see the Tai Chi Chuan form that I teach, here you go 🙂 This is a demonstration video I made recently for my beginners’ class:

Both videos include a detailed commentary of the form – the exact same oral transmission that I use in my weekly classes. I hope you find it interesting!

Thank you for putting this on the web. My husband and I both love the idea of Tai Chi, but we felt we were to old/unfit to bother looking for a class. Now, we both think this is do-able for us!
It is shame we can’t get to your classes, but thank you for the confidence to try.
