Mini Tai Chi Podcasts Using Audioboo

A busy career doesn’t always leave time for blogging as regularly as I’d like … but it’s also true to say that with tai chi, I prefer to blog about something whilst it’s still fresh in my mind. Throw in the art’s tradition of oral transmission as the primary means of communication and preservation, and I hope you’ll agree that podcasting might be a great way to share my experiences studying tai chi.

I’ve started creating little tai chi podcasts using Audioboo. The beauty about Audioboo is that I can record the podcasts on my iPhone no matter where I am, and immediately upload them and publish them. At the moment, I’m recording an audioboo immediately after every class, which means that it is uploaded and available for you to listen to before I’ve finished the drive home :) And, because they are short (between 2 and 5 mins on average), it doesn’t take up a lot of time to listen to them.

Check out my tai chi podcasts, and keep checking back for fresh ones. If you enjoy them, please let me know by leaving a comment below.
